Terms and Conditions

Lesson Agreement

By purchasing any lesson, students and parents agree to mandatory attendance. Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. If a student has to miss a lesson for any reason they (or their parents) are expected to contact the teacher via Email, Text, or Phone Call. Please see the Cancellation Policy for more specific information.

Students and parents also agree to the pre-scheduling and payment of lessons. Please see the Payment and Billing section for more information.

Finally, students and parents agree to respectful conduct within lessons and through all communication.

 

The teacher reserves the right to not host lessons for students for behavior that is aggressive or inappropriate. More of this is outlined in the Student and Parent Expectations document sent to you after your Lesson Consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons can be rescheduled instead of cancelled. If a student intends to attend their next lesson, please request a reschedule instead of a cancellation.

For Non-Emergency/Non-Illness related cancellations and reschedules, the teacher must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance.

​

For Emergency/Illness related cancellations and reschedules, please contact the teacher as soon as possible in advance of your lesson. Lessons missed due to Emergencies/Illnesses will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Late Cancellations and No-Showing for a lesson will not result in a monetary refund. Cancelling a lesson 24 hours in advance will result in a half-cost refund. Cancelling 48 hours prior or more will result in a full monetary refund.
​

Lesson Packages can only be cancelled for a refund 24 hours or more prior to the first lesson.

​

Any offer code or discounts on a full-price service are non refundable.

Payment and Billing

All lessons, regardless of payment plan, are pre-paid through the Square platform. Billing goes through when the next lesson is scheduled.

​

Pay-As-You-Go lessons are billed when the lesson is booked by the student.

​

Weekly Lessons are billed when the teacher books the student's next lesson - typically occurs after the most recently attended lesson.

​

Lesson Packages of any kind will recieve an invoice when the package needs to be renewed. Lessons will not resume until the invoice is paid.

​
